I was looking through my old sketches and I stumbled upon a design I liked. This is a personal project done by me (Jonny Tran)
I found that many wireless/Bluetooth speakers looked too advanced and futuristic that is why I designed the Bombay speakers to fit in a more contemporary home. The Bombay name I got from the trade relationship Sweden had with India, the design combines fabric and wood which symbolizes the both nations. Swedish forest and the exotic Indian fabric.
Many wireless speakers require you to have the phone connected at all time. With the Bombay speaker the user will be able to utilize internet radio that many popular streaming services have. The user should be a click away from their favorite playlist, just like you can turn on your favorite channel on a radio.
